Returns & Exchanges

• You may exchange the delivered goods within 10 working days of delivery on presentation of original invoice provided the goods are unused/unwashed, are packed in original packaging, are in undamaged condition and not altered in anyway.
• If you wish to exchange/return the goods fulfilling the above conditions, please inform us at 0307-4443729 or 0300-4487003 or customercare@rsclub.com.pk.
• Customer needs to return the product via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his/her own expense to our address.
• Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.
